The Opening Ceremony is the first major goosebump moment of the National Games. When the athletes make their ceremonial entrance, the flag is hoisted, and the Games are officially opened with the lighting of the Flame of Hope, pure emotion fills the air. For the athletes, it is an unforgettable starting signal \u2013 for four days full of sport, joy, encounters, and personal achievements. From Wednesday to Friday, all athletes can benefit from the “Healthy Athletes” preventive health screenings. This is a free offering from Special Olympics, implemented as part of the Health program. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
